The Home Care Alliance of Virginia, Inc. is a network of independent, community based home medical equipment providers, dedicated to providing quality outcome based solutions to the home health care needs of all Virginians. HCAV is dedicated to assisting managed care organizations meet the requirements imposed by the National Committee on Quality Assurance  while maintaining a cost-effective approach to the delivery of home health care equipment and services.
